The Power Manager
“The Power Manager” introduces the “PUMP” Principle and provides the fundamentals of essential management capabilities.
Using self assessments / reflection, interactive group activities and facilitator-led session, participants get the unique opportunity to understand and identify their unique brand of management. They will understand the importance of extending their realm of influence beyond their specialized field of expertise at an operational level to include business goal management and people management at an organizational level.
In this workshop, participants embark on a transformational journey from inward looking specialists to outward and forward looking managers aligned to the bigger organization’s vision and strategy. Instilling this personal ownership is highly impactful and encourages a renewed leash of enthusiasm and belonging to take their performance to the next level.

Methodology
All programs are highly interactive that engages participants in a guided discovery process. Using a balance of self assessments, group activities, facilitator-led sessions, case studies, videos, role plays and technique application in a business context, participants learn by doing.
